The HVAC system worked very well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. Floors and beds were very clean. The lighting created a pleasant atmosphere in the room. I felt relaxed in such a pleasant environment!
I found the water for drinking was only accessible from water dispensers in the hallways. I had to leave my room to refill my water bottle.

Fantastic Beachside Hotel Experience!

Oscar, the bartender, was amazing. He anticipated our needs and created excellent cocktails. The hotel met expectations because of its proximity to the beach. Mickie, at the front desk, was nice, and welcome drinks created a pleasant first impression.
The hotel could improve on noise levels from the strip. I could hear people selling massages from the balcony. Maintenance work occurred at night. I heard vehicles reversing and bleeping, though the staff were great!

the location near the beach was great. breakfast offered many options and tasted delicious. the staff were very friendly. i appreciated that they were always ready to help.
The air conditioning in my room was not cold enough. there was no welcome drink. That was disappointing. the tour service to the island was not helpful. I expected more assistance.

the beach access was so convenient, right outside the resort and the sand. was wonderfully soft! the staff was always attentive, especially at the restaurant where i got superb service for my dining experiences. i loved the gym because it had all the equipment i needed including actual weights, for a full workout.
i did find that sometimes the pool area got a bit crowded during peak hours.

my premier room was very clean and had all of the amenities i needed for a very comfortable stay. the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had two separate sinks in the bathroom. a rainfall shower was also included.

The location was fantastic, directly on the beach. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of food. I especially liked the fresh fruit station.
Check-in took A lifetime. The gym was only open from 8am to 6pm, quite inconvenient FOR my schedule.
